Receptionist
Central London (Onsite, 5 days per week)
£35,000 - £45,000 Base Benefits
Our client are a leading international procurement and supply chain consultancy, with offices and clients across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. They have a very diverse and growing team - currently over 1,000 people - representing more than 50 different nationalities and speaking over 30 languages!
Due to growth, they require an experienced Receptionist with experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be confident, reliable, and a great communicator with excellent organisation skills.
Duties Include:
• Manning the main switchboard, transferring, directing and redirecting calls
• Meeting and greeting clients/candidates/visitors
• Fundamental office duties as required including filing, mail distribution, document / presentation and binding using necessary hardware
• Management of meeting and conferencing facilities
• Arranging all office archiving, couriers, recycling
• Managing all stationary supplies, keeping records of stock and reordering as necessary
• Other ad-hoc office support as required
Experience Required:
• Well-rounded education, and excellent knowledge of both Mathematics and English (both written and oral)
• IT-literate with main Microsoft Software Applications, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to be courteous and responsible when working within a professional environment, particularly when handling incoming calls and external visitors
• Confidence and ability to develop and maintain professional relationships at all levels within the organisation, as well as with clients/suppliers
• Attention to detail, particularly with client facing work and overall presentation
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities with a calm and assertive manner, exercising responsible judgement when appropriate
• Self-starter with demonstrable proactive approach, able to work on own initiative
