Receptionist & Office Coordinator
£25,000 - £26,000 *Dependant on experience
8:30am - 5:30pm
Full Time, Permanent - Based near Bank Station

Our client, a Global Law Firm based within the heart of the City are looking for a Receptionist & Office Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience within a similar office administration role and has a professional and welcoming attitude to work along with being organised, paying high attention, and having a strong work ethic.

Duties:

  • Ensuring all client contact is conducted in a professional manner.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the London Office whilst making sure reception area is kept clean and tidy.
  • Answering and directing phone calls to main switchboard.
  • Assisting with meeting room bookings, taking all details, and setting up rooms when needed.
  • Monitoring the inbox and raising these to people necessary.
  • Any covering of other shifts when required.
  • Administration duties such as scanning all post and preparing documents and bundles.
  • Processing outgoing post and conducting all postal tasks needed.
  • Any other ad hoc reception or administration duties when required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within an receptionist or administration role is desired.
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal and written skills.
  • A cheerful individual who is a natural people person.
  • Someone who is confident and can communicate with senior partners and clients.
  • Someone who has great email communication and is confident when answering the phone.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic.
  • Positive and proactive approach.
