My client, a leading legal firm in Tunbridge Wells are currently recruiting for a Part- TimeReceptionist to join their busy team on a 12 Month Maternity Fixed Term Contract. The role would see you working 2 days a week, Monday and Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.
You will be responsible for greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner, together with operating the switchboard and directing phone calls as required.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide first class customer service to all visitors and callers
- Keep the reception area, waiting room, meeting rooms and entrance hall tidy and clean at all times
- Overseeing the on-line booking of meeting rooms and set up of rooms for meetings
- Accurately recording all visitors to the office on arrival and departure including provision and return of security passes where applicable
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in a professional front of house team
- Accustomed to dealing with a wide range of individuals both internally and externally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and conscientious
