Job description

Contract Scotland has an immediate opportunity for a Receptionist to join our client, an established and successful business based in Denny. This is a temporary, part time position due to long term sickness and offers weekly pay and ongoing work.
You will be office based and the hours of work are Wednesday and Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm.
You will provide reception and administration support to the office and your duties will include:

  • Answering phones and transferring to relevant person or passing on messages
  • Dealing with visitors to the office, ensuring they sign in and out as required
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Allocating Purchase Order numbers and adding to system
  • Any additional administration duties, as required.
