SalaryOne of the UKs largest charities is seeking an experienced Receptionist to provide front of house support at their head offices close to Liverpool Street.
This is a temporary role to start ASAP (dependant on checks) until May 2024 initially and will pay 12.71 per hour.
Working days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - 3 days per week
Working Hours: 9am to 5pm, with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
The main duties of the Receptionist will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the offices
- Carrying out the correct signing in procedure for visitors, contractors and staff
- Answering the telephone and emails in a professional manner
- Manage day to day running of the reception area
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Dealing with couriers and deliveries
- Previous experience of working in a similar reception / front of house role.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of using Windows-based software packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to deal with confidential information sensitively and appropriately.
- Flexible to work additional days as required.
