Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-3.30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)
This Property Development business is seeking a Receptionist/ Administrator to join them ASAP. You will be based at the front of the office where you will greet visitors and be first point of call via phone and email. Immediate start is available, and interviews are due to take place imminently!
Responsibilities
- Managing the Reception Desk- meeting and greeting clients
- Document control- binding, filing, collating
- Taking initial phone calls
- Handling the 'Info' mailbox for general enquiries
- Maintaining stock levels for the office by ordering supplies
- Assisting with the organisation of company social events
- Setting up the board room for meetings
- Assisting with all other Admin duties to support the team
