Receptionist

Our client, a prestigious firm of financial planners based in Manchester city centre are looking to add an experienced Receptionist to join on a permanent basis.

Duties & responsibilities will include: (full job spec available)

• Transferring calls efficiently, politely & in a timely manor
• Taking messages and ensuring these are passed on
• Greeting clients and visitors face to face
• Dealing with incoming/ outgoing postal deliveries
• Co-ordinating the booking of meeting rooms
• Assist with new employee onboarding process
• Supporting all internal teams with ad-hoc

The candidate:

• Reception experience within professional services (essential)
• Professional and presentable
• Fantastic attitude with willingness to provide the necessary support
• Highly organised
