Perm Salary 24-30K WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?Our client is a well known Head office; of a school Education Trust. Based on Site Monday-Friday 8-5PM
- The role would entail greeting visitors
- Answering phone calls
- Managing correspondence
- Responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO team by scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and maintaining records.
- Your contribution to the smooth functioning of the office would be vital in ensuring that the CEO team can focus on their core responsibilities.
ABOUT YOU- Flexibility and ability to respond to multiple demands and to prioritise.
- Ability to work well with colleagues and visitors.
- Good networker, able to build relationships internally and externally
- Ability to work on own initiative and part of team
- Ideally holding an up to date DBS check or we can run one for you
