Receptionist

REED Business Support are pleased to be working with a well-established innovative manufacturing company based in Wolverhampton to recruit an experienced Receptionist.

This role has an IMMEDIATE start

The purpose of the role is to ensure a welcoming experience for customers, visitors and fellow staff members.

The main duties of the role are

• Meet and greet visitors and customers
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Booking in visitors on the inhouse system and provide passes
• Diary management to coordinate meeting rooms
• Order buffets and refreshments for corporate meetings
• Adhoc admin support to other departments

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience-

• Working in a front of house/reception role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word)
• Attention to detail.

Working hours - 8.00am - 4.00pm Mon- Friday

Salary £10.42 per hour

Start date - IMMEDIATE
