Receptionist

As the receptionist you will be the first point of contact for customers.

Job Title: Receptionist TEMPORARY

Location: Cambridge

£12ph paid on a weekly basis

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-6pm Saturday 8.30am - 5.30pm and 10.30-4.30pm on Sundays

As the receptionist you will be responsible for

• Managing the telephone switchboard, taking calls/messages or transferring to relevant department/people
• Welcome visitors and guests
• Look after all internal and external mail and parcel deliveries

• Excellent communication skills as you will be answering all incoming calls on the main switchboard as well as welcoming all customers
• Happy to work in a busy fast paced environment
• Confident in speaking with customers face to face and on the phone
