Private Dental Practice
Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Dental Receptionist to join Godmanchester Dental practice. We are a small, independent, private practice with a very supportive team. Our team are passionate about patient care, they are caring, hardworking and support each other in all we do.
Our aim is to provide outstanding customer service and patient care and as the first point of patient contact our receptionist must be as enthusiastic about this as we are.
We will provide full training; although previous experience would be beneficial, our priority is that the candidate must have a kind, patient and positive attitude. Be keen to learn, work accurately and efficiently with a professional work ethic and have good computer skills. Have excellent customer service skills and be willing to go the extra mile for our patients. A significant proportion of our patients are particularly nervous and so you will need a caring and calming bedside manner to support these patients.
The role will primarily involve dental reception tasks; however, the candidate must be prepared to help in other areas of the practice. We are also recruiting for a dental nurse, so this role would suit a qualified dental nurse who is equally confident in the surgery as they are on reception.
The role is for a Thursday and Friday working 8.30-5.30pm
The practice pays for GDC registration, indemnity, annual CPD, uniforms and regular outings as a practice.
Must have excellent spoken and written English
