Dental Receptionist

We're looking for a versatile, adaptable individual to join our small team. The ideal candidate has experience in a dental or medical office and is enthusiastic to work in a supportive, new developing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of admin tasks and direct patient inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer phones and address inquiries.
• Reschedule cancelled appointments.
• Work with patients to schedule follow-up appointments.
• Schedule appointments and keep track of patient schedules.
• Take payments and log information with patients.
• Receive messages from patients and transmit them to the dentist.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
