SalaryMy client is looking for a Dental Receptionist to join their private practice situated in the centre of Peterborough. Our ideal candidate will be self motivated and be able to use initiative whilst staying within practice guidlines.
Are you able to complete the following:
- To have a thorough knowledge of all practice procedures and apply daily.
- To work in accordance with written protocols
- Maintaining and updating patient administrative records
- Using software to maintain patient and practice compliance
- Using all communication methods including social media, emails and customer relations management software
- Taking receipt of monies and making accurate records
