Dental Receptionist

A wonderful opportunity has become available for a Dental Receptionist to join our team at Grove Mount Dental. We are a well established practice located in Ramsey, Isle of Man, close to the marina. The island offers a relaxed way of life with a very friendly community, we call our practice a "family dental health centre" as we want patients of all ages to enjoy lasting dental health.
Salary: TBC
Hours: Full-Time/Part-Time
Practice opening hours
Monday - Thursday 8.30-5.30
Friday 8.30-4.30
Location: GroveMount Dental Practice - Ramsey - Isle of Man
Key responsibilities & duties:
To assist patients in discussing their needs, treatment options available
Receptionist duties and ensuring smooth running of the practice
Banking duties such as cashing up.
Scheduling and managing the clinical diary
New patient registrations
Ensuring the reception and entrance area creates a welcoming environment for our patients
Academic and trade qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Pearl + Excel is desirable but not essential
Work experience and skills
Previous dental reception experience desirable but not essential
Excellent administration skills and payment handling
Ability to work as part of a team
Proactive approach
Computer savvy and able to multitask
Create a positive and warm atmosphere with a great customer focus
Maintaining patient confidentiality

We are private dental practice in Ramsey, Isle of Man only a short walk from shops.
We provide services which include General and Cosmetic Dentistry, Invisalign, Whitening, Dentures and Hygiene therapists with 5 surgeries.
