Administrative Assistant

Exciting opportunity to work in a fast moving, developing Occupational Health environment. The Occupational Health Team is a small business with teamwork at it's very core. The Successful candidate will manage all administration tasks associated with the business including scheduling, accounts, invoicing, advertising and stock holdings.

Full time hours preferable, however there is a degree of flexibility.

Essential Criteria

Grade C and above GCSE English (or equivalent).

Grade C and above GCSE Maths (or equivalent).

Proficient in use of Microsoft Office

At least 2 years previous administration experience.

Ideal candidate must be able to work alone.
