Temping and ongoing placements.
Full and Part-time hours available.
We require EMIS or System 1 trained Medical Receptionists who are looking to work on a temping basis. We have multiple vacancies available with a range of hours.

Medical Reception:
London, N19, Emis Web - Medical Reception
Wednesday 7th February 10.00 - 18.30
Brentford, TW8, System 1 - Medical Reception
Monday - Friday 08.00 - 14.00

Medical Secretary:
London, N16, EmisWeb, Choose and Book - Must have a smart card
Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00
Must be able to do referrals and use choose and book.
London, SE17, Emis Web, Choose and Book - Must have a smart card
Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00
Must be able to do referrals and use choose and book.
Your duties will include:
- Booking appointments into the CRM system
- Taking calls and speaking to patients
- Handling queries in a time-effective manner
- Organising and prioritising your workload
- Travelling between the sites when required
About you:
- MUST have experience with EMIS web / System 1 (PLEASE NOTE - if there is no experience with EMIS web or System 1 you will not be considered).
- Positive, can-do attitude and attention to detail
- Patient and kind with a great telephone manner
- Well-presented and professional
