Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Newmarket, Suffolk
Hourly Rate: GBP12.50 circa
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 17.00pm (37.5hrs)
Contract Type: Full time, temporary for the next 1-2 months.
Sector: Customer Service & Office Support
As a Receptionist your duties will include:
- Supporting the Conveyancing Department with secretarial duties
- General administration as required
- Relaying messages to other staff members
- Welcoming visitors
- Providing refreshments
- Dealing with post.
An ideal candidate for the Receptionist will have:
- Excellent IT skills
- Great work ethics and smart work attire
- Ideally you will have experience within a similar position.
