We are now looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist / Administration Assistant to further develop our client portfolio as well as regularly delivering content of posts on social media channels to support business news and PR activities.
The Candidate
We’re looking for positive people with excellent professional presentation, confidence to communicate in a high-service and welcoming manner with clients, and a great attitude to maintaining a fun and happy team spirit, along with a dedication to customer service, organisation and timekeeping.
Principal responsibilities / Knowledge / Experience
- Maintain a professional relationship with customers and ensure they are kept satisfied with the company’s services.
- Effective Communicator.
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls
- Prompt and accurate reporting to the Directors as required.
- Strong IT and typing skills
- Assists with social media and internal and external communications
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- General data entry to support both the sales and accounting aspects of the business.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £16,693.00-£27,938.00 per year
