Job description
An established advisory firm are looking to hire a new Receptionist/Office Manager who will be the face of the company and take ownership with the day-to-day running of the office. They are looking for someone who is personable, hard working, ready roll up their sleeves and is hugely discrete! The role is 9am-6pm and full time in the office in the West End.
What You’ll Do
This is a busy role with lots of scope! Typical duties include:
- Answering phones and meeting and greeting clients
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Administrative duties for the senior management team
- Internal social events
- Ensuring office is running smoothly and ensuring supplies/stationary are topped up
- Ad hoc assistance to CEO
WHO YOU ARE
They are seeking a personable candidate, with 2-3 years of corporate or hospitality experience, who is resilient and humble, has a strong eye for detail and happy to muck in! This candidate should be able to deliver top service to clients and ensure the office is a nice place to be.
Essential Requirements
- 2-3 years of corporate or hospitality experience
- Ability to work at a fast pace and juggle many tasks
- High standards, strong communication and a great work ethic
- Efficient problem solver
