Reconciliation Analyst

Vertex Associates is proud to be partnering with an international property business based in East London. They are looking for a Reconciliation Analyst with experience of using Reapit to join them on a permanent basis. This is a full time office based position.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile company transactions and ensure invoices have been raised accordingly
• Export transactions into CSV files in order to make bulk payments
• Raise relevant invoices via Reapit
• Work closely with the CEO in clarifying payments to be made and completing these through company online banking system
• Liaise with relevant members of staff in order to clarify or justify transactions
• Answer queries that arise in relation to transactions

Experience needed:

• Prior experience in using Reapit and ideally Xero
• Experience in reconciling numerous transactions and raising invoices
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
