Adaptable Recruitment are working with a rapidly growing business in Liverpool City Centre who are looking for a Reconciliations Manager to join the team
Package:
- Salary £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
- Full-time, Permanent
- Hybrid working pattern - 3 days at home and 2 in office
- 25days holiday plus BHs

Location: Liverpool City Centre
Job Duties:
- Review the delivery of finance reconciliations, ensuring risk management and accuracy across the board
- Identify and resolve discrepancies as well as their root causes
- Work with the wider business to implement new policies and procedures
- Ensure effective working relationships are built across the business to ensure that reconciliation standards are followed
- Proactively identify, monitor and act upon risks, issues, breaches and control weaknesses
- Training, coaching and development of existing team and new team members, holding monthly 1-2-1's etc
Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Finance Manager
When will interviews be taking place?

Ideal experience?
- Experience within a reconciliations role at manager level is essential
- Analytical and detail oriented personality
- Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
- Good excel and system skills essential
