Recovery Support Worker

To assist in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for service users, including health care assessments under the direction and supervision of qualified members of staff. To assist in the facilitation of medical review clinics, under the direction of qualified members of staff. Contribute towards reports required by managers or external agencies, for example child care conferences or court reports. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a non-judgemental way. Assist in the facilitation of group work with service users, under the direction and supervision of qualified members of staff. Participate in and perform clinical investigations under supervision of qualified members of staff.
