Public Sector Team
Futures Public Sector team has a rich history of over 25 years working within the Public Sector across; Law Enforcement, National Security, Defence, Central Government, Local Government, NHS, Education and more. Through our specialist teams we work closely with the Public Sector to understand their challenges and priorities so we can deliver amazing results to our clients and build meaningful long-term partnerships and relationships.
Law Enforcement, National Security and Defence Division
The Law Enforcement, National Security and Defence Division is a relatively new division for Futures, whose mission was set to tackle national issues across the industry and support on the development and delivery of local, regional, and national programmes. Our team currently works across a large number of Police Forces, National Security Agencies some of which cant be named, Defence branches as well as big 4 consulting firms who deliver into the industry. The team has quickly grown into a nationally respected team working on high profile, multi-million-pound programmes. We provide a wide breadth of services and resources covering everything you would expect to find in delivering DDaT (Digital Data and Technology) programmes.
The Role:
In your role you will be responsible for becoming a subject matter expert across this division, understanding the candidate market, building on the division’s success and national leader status to provide a best in class candidate experience and candidate market insight to existing and new candidates. Working closely with the teams Lead you will work closely with both clients and candidates to ensure the team delivers successful across all functions.
The activities you'll be responsible for, but not limited to, include:
- Managing candidate relationships (calling and meeting with regularity); these include existing but also new relationships from job applications, referrals, job boards and LinkedIn.
- Candidate growth - finding hard to find candidates and create new and creative ways of sourcing industry leading candidates.
- Overseeing the entire recruitment process from picking a job up, to advertising, sourcing, facilitating interviews and offer management.
- Managing client relationships (existing and new), seeking to develop and improve partnerships.
- Current and new contractor management
- Marketing - Liaising with marketing team to produce content i.e. blogs / Contributing to brand development and awareness.
- Administration support - Database cleansing / Contract management support / Payroll / compliance liaison / Formatting CVs and other admin-based tasks.
- Supporting the lead with change requests.
