Position Overview:
The Recruitment Administrator will play a vital role in the firm's recruitment process. They will work closely with the Talent and HR team and department heads to attract, assess, and select the best talent to join the organisation. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
* Screening incoming CVs and applications to identify qualified candidates.
* Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
* Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
* Assisting in the preparation of offer letters, contracts, and other recruitment-related documents.
* Collaborating with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
* Handling administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as managing recruitment databases and filing systems.
