Recruitment Administrator – 2-3 months temporary
REED Business Support Bath is delighted to be working with a well-established business based in Bath in their search for a Recruitment Administrator to join their small team.
This is a hybrid role 2-3 days on campus but with flexibility to work 5 days on site where necessary.
36.5 hours per week, M-F
£13.24 per hour
Typical duties include:
- A proven record of administrative experience gained in a fast-paced environment
- An awareness of good data management practice and requirements
- Aware of the impact of their work and the requirements of following the client’s policies and employment law
- An appreciation of the challenges faced in a large, complex organisation and understands own role and how this contributes to the recruitment service overall
- Knowledge of good recruitment and operations practice including use of effective media and resourcing approaches (following training if required).
Ideally you will have:
- A proven history in providing a full recruitment service
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Effective interpersonal skills – able to provide information and guidance to a wide range of staff and applicants
- First class organisational skills – able to organise own work effectively and within a team to meet all required deadlines.
- Effective customer service skills – able to understand and meet the requirements of internal and external customers
- Computer literate with experience of internet applications, MS Word, Excel and email
- Experience of database and reporting tools
