A reputable school based in Dulwich, working full time onsite (4 days onsite per week, 1 day at home) in term-time but flexibility to work from home in the school holidays.
Job Description
The successful Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for:* Overseeing and supporting the Recruitment Manager with recruitment campaigns
- Attending hiring manager briefings
- Advertising roles, coordinating interviews and joining interview panels
- Devising most suitable selection processes
- Managing candidate compliance and onboarding.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Recruitment Advisor must have:* Experience advising and managaing recruitment campaigns
- Schools / Education experience.
