Recruitment Advisor

​We are currently partnering with a leading educational body based in North West London, who are recruiting for a Recruitment Advisor to join their growing team on a temporary basis.

This is a full-time position with a negotiable rate depending on experience.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Partnering effectively with recruiting managers to deliver customer focussed, proactive and highly efficient recruitment support, that promotes inclusion and co-production with people we support
• Managing the recruitment process from initial authorisation to recruit, through to the interview stage
• Managing Recruitment Administrations ensuring quality of work is up to standard
• Acting as the first point of contact for any recruitment queries from both hiring managers and candidates
• Monitoring and collating applications and longlisting and shortlisting alongside the hiring managers
• Attending stakeholder meetings to update on the organisation’s recruitment activities
• Maintaining the ATS (applicant tracking system) to ensure accurate records of full recruitment campaigns, communicating outcomes accordingly and providing reports as necessary
• Reviewing recruitment documentation sent through by hiring managers ensuring and advising on compliance with legislation, internal policy and best practice

Experience required:

• Line managing or mentoring of staff

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Experience in the full recruitment life cycle

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
