Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Customer Service Advisor based in Uxbridge. This is a one month contract with immediate start.

The job:

Handle incoming calls regarding the general election and electoral role.
Assist people on issues such as how to register, postal votes, polling stations and similar enquiries
Basic call handling and administration tasks related to electoral services

The candidate

Experience in a similar role is essential
Immediate start is essential
Willingness to learn as well as a adaptable, friendly and professional approach
