Oscar technology are working with a storage company that operate 27 trading self-stores across the UK. They are looking to expand their team with a Project Manager. This is a client-side Design Project Manager Position based in Fulham in London.
In this role you will be a senior member of the team and will take ownership of the full development cycle. You will be working directly with the founders of the business and existing Development Manager and leading the wider professional team (Architects, QS', MEP Consultants, Structural Engineers etc.).
Most projects are procured on a Design & Build basis therefore a thorough understanding of this process is a fundamental requirement.
Experience Requirements
- Project Management: 10 years (required)
- Chartered surveyor with experience leading a team
- Experience as a Project Manager across all phases of the development process
- Experience and capability in coordinating managing a team of consultants through the RIBA design stages
- Experience in managing the design and procurement process under the Design and Build contracting route, and as employer (or representing the employer) post-contract
- Technical construction proficiency
- Proficiency in preparing reports to third parties including investors and lenders
