This is a great opportunity for an experienced Internal Recruiter to lead a proactive and reactive resourcing activity and to contribute to the delivery of a full range of generalist HR support for a client group of c.200 colleagues.
You will be responsible for the delivery and optimisation of direct resourcing. You will be very active in delivering, refining and measuring the progress of the internal Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy.
Duties
- End to end recruitment for c 50 roles per year.
- Managing/negotiating contracts with third parties including agencies, LinkedIn, our ATS and our HRIS
- DEI/recruitment projects
- Annual DEI internal and recruitment data collection - analyse and present the results.
- Employer branding
- Focus on inclusive recruitment practices.
- Support HR team with general admin e.g. payroll and benefits - need to be prepared to muck in and do what is needed.
- Support HR team with bigger projects such as pay review/bonus and the employee engagement survey if required.
Essential experience
- End to end recruitment.
- Knowledge of inclusive recruitment including de-biasing hiring processes
- Willing to get stuck in and help the HR team with whatever needs doing.
- Experience of employer branding is essential.
- Data analysis skills to do the DEI data collection (there is an interview task at second stage which relates to this)
- Able to negotiate commercially viable contracts.
- UK experience is essential.
