An esteemed Family Office, dedicated to managing the affairs of an ultra-high net worth individual, is looking for an experienced Recruiter and Operations Advisor to become part of their close-knit team.
The team is committed to the highest standards of privacy, efficiency, and strategic management, fostering a culture of excellence and discretion to support the diverse personal and business interests of the family.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and the finance team to ensure that our clients hiring and onboarding processes meet the unique needs of the office and in turn ensure the smooth running of the Principals day to day life.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with recruitment agencies to manage the acquisition and onboarding of top-tier Private staff.
Serve as the primary point of contact between senior management and employees, ensuring clear communication and effective resolution of HR issues across International properties.
Support the Finance department and wider team by integrating strategies with broader business needs.
Conduct interviews and manage performance reviews to ensure effective employee development and successful offboarding processes.
We are looking for a self-motivated and capable of independently navigating and resolving complex issues.
Experience in environments requiring high discretion and prior experience in a family office or UHNW household is highly advantageous along with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven ability to handle sensitive matters.
This is a fully remote role. Hours will be standard office hours, however given the International nature of this position, on occasion additional evening/weekend work may be required.
