A reputable schools trust based in NW London, 1 day working onsite required per week and flexibility to work from home the rest of the week.
Description
The successful Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for:
* Working closely with hiring managers in supporting the end to end recruitment process
* Coordination of all recruitment; supporting the creation of job descriptions, posting job adverts, inviting candidates to interview, requesting references etc
* First point of contact for all recruitment enquiries and managing the recruitment inbox
* Supporting the HR team with onboarding checks
* Maintaining the ATS.
Profile
The successful Recruitment Assistant must have:
* Recruitment / HR administrative experience
* Experience working within education would be desirable.
