A Recruitment Business Partner is sought to provide top-tier talent acquisition services within the construction and FM sector. The successful candidate will have worked in an Internal TA Role or RPO used to managing stakeholder relationships, partnering your business area for all aspects of TA as well as managing a portfolio of volume vacancies.

Our client is a leading figure in the construction/FM industry. You will be based in the Pontefract Head Office 4 days per week being visible in the business to partner and deliver on all aspects of TA.
Description
- Stakeholder management being a true partner to the SLT in your business area
- Managing a portfolio of vacancies from briefing/recruitment campaign, candidate journey right through to onboarding
- Candidate attraction - job boards, social media, Linked In, talent pipelining, referrals, networking
- Reducing attrition - analysing employee turnover, collaborate with HR on engagement, exit interviews
- Projects - DEI, ATS system implementation, Early Careers
Profile
A successful Recruitment Business Partner should have:
- Have worked in a Internal TA/RPO role
- Have managed a portfolio on roles ideally within engineering
- Have excellent stakeholder management
- Can be based in Pontefract onsite 4 days per week
- Can work proactively, make decision
Job Offer
- An attractive salary package of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
- Holiday entitlement of 25 annual leave days plus bank holidays.
- The opportunity to earn a performance-related bonus of up to 10%.
