We are currently for a Recruitment Business Partner to join our HR team at Tyman UK&I. As Recruitment Business Partner you will be the subject matter expert and lead for all Recruitment activity within the UK&I division.
What you'll be doing
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for all internal vacancies for the division – covering a wide spectrum of roles, across our Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Technical and Support Functions
- Serve as a primary point of contact for managers and employees regarding recruitment related queries and concerns, assist by advising on the creation of role profiles, posting job ads
- Have oversight of the temporary and consultant hiring process and manage the relationships and PSL with key agency suppliers
- Conduct a review of our current approach to recruitment and selection, creating a clearly defined approach, based on role type and level, ensuring a robust process while maintaining an excellent candidate experience
- Provide training and support to line managers specifically around the hiring process and interview skills for hiring managers
- Primary lead for the UK&I hiring of Apprenticeships and the UK&I Levy fund
- Supporting the Snr HR Business Partner and wider team in the delivery of key projects as part of our People Strategy
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in an In-House recruiter role, ideally within a manufacturing or Engineering environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, both written and verbal and be an internal and external ambassador for the company and our values.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and a professional approach.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills and demonstrable experience in process improvements.
- Organised, with a strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to situations as they arise
- Proficient with LinkedIn recruitment functionality as well as using ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
