Pay: £12ph/£13ph
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5pm
Location: Ellesmere Port
This role is office based with a possibility of 1 day a week WFH

Main Purpose of Role
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team
in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the business.
You'll work closely with the rest of the team to provide operational support.
You'll be the first point of contact for candidate queries, ensuring a positive experience and
promoting our clients employer brand.
Key Accountabilities
- Assisting with raising new jobs, CV screening, scheduling volume interviews, processing
offers and supporting the new starter process.
- Provide sourcing support by utilising CV databases, social media, networking events, and
employee referrals.
- Be the first point of contact for queries from candidates, external suppliers, and internal
colleagues.
- Take ownership of the shared email inbox, responding to general enquires and re-distributing
to the correct point of contact.
- Create and track purchase orders.
