The Recruitment Group are currently looking for an experienced Internal Sales Co-Ordinator to work for one of our clients on a permanent basis. Our Client is a leader in their market and have over 100 years experience supplying worldwide. The Suitable candidate must have previous experience working on CRM's and Microsoft packages. This is a key role for our client, supporting both the sales and marketing team by offering all kinds of customer communication. The role of Internal Sales co-ordinator will also involve, chasing quotations, sales administration and qualifying sales leads. Duties of your role as Internal Sales Co-ordinator will include
- Sales Administration
- Outbound calls and emails
- Preparing quotes for customers
- Dealing with Client Queries
- Supporting the full sales and marketing function
- General administration tasks
- Ensuring a good customer experience
The Suitable Internal Sales Co-ordinator must:
- Be experienced in a similar position
- Be experience working with CRM systems
- Be able to work to deadlines
- Have worked in a sales environment previously
- Have great attention to details
- Have great customer service.
