Role overview:
Working as part of the HR team as an Internal Recruitment Consultant who will have primary responsibility for the sourcing and prescreening candidates for the wider business and taking candidates through the full recruitment cycle. Working closely with the business areas advising on direct sourcing recruitment methods to fulfil our hiring plan.
