I am on the search for a PHENOMENAL recruiter with proven experience in recruiting within the construction sector (ideally) but our client is willing to look at candidates from all agency recruitment backgrounds.
I am looking for a recruiter that wants to do well and be recognised for their hard work and commitment to finding people new job roles. A recruiter who wants to do a GREAT job!

Your role is to bring on new clients and fill jobs, but you won t be alone.
You ll work with a supportive team and an experienced branch network that will give you all the support and guidance you need to have the best start with a progressive recruitment business that has gone from strength to strength.

Key Responsibilities
Sales
Make contact with known business users within assigned areas and the region, to introduce and promote our services.
To make all possible efforts to procure and maintain approved supplier status with prospective clients in the designated region of responsibility.
To negotiate financial and contractual terms with prospective clients under the authorisation and guidance of the Senior Leadership Team.
To generate new leads from existing and non–existing clients.
To follow up on leads generated and record progress. Report where required.
To generate and self–monitor all tender dates for 20+ client users in the designated areas of responsibility.
Formulate and execute sale and service activity action plans by client type, market, size, and location.
Deliver and work towards financial targets through invoicing clients for successful placements every month
To deliver healthy, financial growth on your desk in the sector and geographical areas that you are responsible for
Service Delivery
To attract, register, and place candidates into client vacancies.
To adhere to the company candidate registration process at all times.
To create and monitor the candidate WRS application process.
Quality and Standards
To adhere to all legal and company requirements about Health and Safety in the workplace and quality and environmental procedures
To develop and maintain an accurate database of clients, contacts, and candidates
To ensure timesheet and payroll process integrity is maintained.
To make every effort to advance the company s financial and commercial status to include policy development and adherence.
Personal Characteristics
An organised individual in all aspects of service and sales.
Comfortable in the sales process and able to demonstrate ongoing personal successes in this area.
A naturally positive and competitive person in the sales environment who is always seeking out new and innovative ways to win business from competitors.
A thorough understanding of ethical and legal frameworks in which the business operates.
Excellent internal and external communication skills including both verbal and written, (Report writing, Presentation Writing, and Delivery)
Be experienced at, and comfortable with, working face–to–face with customers to develop long–term relationships.
A quality–driven person who is focused on accuracy and ensuring that error rates are kept to a minimum level.
Takes ownership of own personal development and training and encourages others to do the same.
