Responsibilities:
Candidate Acquisition: Identify, attract, and engage top–tier talent within the life sciences sector through various channels such as networking, social media, and job boards. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions. End–to–End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing to successful placement, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to provide insights and recommendations. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, leverage expertise, and contribute to the overall success of the team. Requirements:
Previous Recruitment Experience: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within the life sciences or related industries. Client–Focused: A client–centric approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Results–Driven: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast–paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
