KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Recruitment Consultant with us, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the Full Recruitment Cycle: From initial client contact and candidate sourcing to placement and aftercare, you will handle the entire recruitment process for your desk.
• Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
• Meeting Targets: Achieve and exceed set targets to maximise your earnings and contribute to the agency's success.

KEY SKILLS:

• Experience: Previous experience in a 360-recruitment or Recruitment Consultant role is preferred but not essential. Training for the right candidate can be provided.
• Drive and Ambition: A proactive attitude with the desire to achieve and exceed targets.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
• Sales Acumen: Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
