Recruitment Consultant

• Providing Office support including Customers and Employee support

• Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity

• Researching Company Data and Archived Reports

• Keeping Computer Data Base up-to date

• Interacting with Clients either on the phone or in person

• Answering phones and connecting calls to the proper Departments

• Taking Phone Messages and passing them on

• Following up on Business Communications, billing and ordering

• Invoicing

• Using Spreadsheet to track expenses and company spending

• Collecting and inputting Company Data

• Making Travel arrangements for Employees as when required

• Building Relationships with Clients

• Sending Faxes, emails, scanning Documents

• Writing and Editing Company Documents

• Collecting and sorting post

• Assisting with Minor Technical Support

• Carrying out Interviews on new Staffing as required

• Processing and Storing Confidential Legal Documents

• Shadowing new members of Staff including Apprentices

• Maintain Company Policies and Procedures

• Report Any incidents

• Organise and Coordinate Staff Training

• Organise Staff Meetings and Minutes

• Staff recruitment for placement

• DBS checks

• Experience in 360 recruitment

* Book staff and arrange accommodation for placements

Oncall on weekends as required
