At Weber we are looking for an Assistant Specification Consultantto work in our Technical Team. We require someone who has strong technical expertise and who is inquisitive about ongoing development to ensure compliance with legislation. You'll have the ability to communicate and articulate technical information to a variety of audiences and be driven by results.

This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday from our office in Flitwick.
What we're looking for:
- The ability to communicate and articulate technical information to a variety of audiences
- A background in construction would be ideal
- Huge focus on customer care with the ability to solve problems or signpost to the correct department
- A confident communicator both verbally and in writing with excellent attention to detail
What you will be doing:
- Answering telephone queries and managing the inbox relating to technical customer queries on product use and specification
- Manage customer complaints
- Work collaboratively with other departments in order to find resolution for the customer, redirecting queries where necessary
- Become a subject matter technical expert in Weber products
- Utilise CRM system to record queries and support innovation by identifying opportunities
