Responsibilities:
- Conducting full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Building and maintaining a network of qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees.
- Stay updated on industry trends and identify top talent.
Skills:
- 1+ year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of employment labor laws.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Independent and team player.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best practices
