The Clay Partnership is seeking an experienced Recruiter or Recruitment Resourcer and Administrator to join our team. As a recruitment agency focused on the automotive, manufacturing and engineering sectors, we require someone with experience in these fields. We are a fast growing business that provides top level candidates and service to the market, specialsing in manufactuting, engineering and commercial roles within the GBP50k - GBP150k salary range.
Responsibilities:
- Resourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn and other resources for live roles
- Managing candidate applications and arranging interviews
- Updating the candidate database
- Supporting consultants with administrative tasks such as CV formatting and job posting
- 360 degree recruitment
- General office administration duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment resourcing and administration within the automotive, manufacturing or engineering sectors
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
This role offers complete flexibility with school hours, part-time working arrangements available for the right candidate. You will be able to work remotely but will need to be available to support the fast-growing business as needed.
