Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for client organizations

- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source and screen candidates

- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing consultative advice

- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and job postings that effectively communicate the requirements of each position

- Utilize social media platforms for candidate sourcing and engagement

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding support

Experience:

- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is required

- Familiarity with HR systems such as PeopleSoft or similar software is preferred

- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and candidates

- Proven track record in lead generation and candidate sourcing

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Pay: £18,205.20-£35,829.80 per year
