We are looking for a new colleagues to join our team here in Taunton as Recruitment consultants.
Due to continued growth within the business, we are looking for additional people to join our established team. To succeed in our industry, you need to be a real team player with a “can do attitude” with everyone you work with, including clients, applicants and the team. You will be an organised individual who works well under pressure due to the nature of the role. You will have great IT and office skills with experience of using basic windows-based software and CRM packages as well the internet in your day to day role.

As well as training in the role you will be sponsored to complete your REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) qualifications which will help develop and support you in the role, opening up further opportunities for development in your career with us.
The hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday although we finish at 4.30pm on a Friday so we can start the weekend early! On top of your salary, you will receive commission which is uncapped, so your earning potentials are up to you. The more revenue you generate the more commission you can earn. On top of your holiday allowance which starts at 20 days (plus bank holidays) rises to 25 years over time.
