Seeing success over the first quarter we are now looking to build on our team and are looking for a strong 360 Recruitment Consultant to join team Wakefield!

The candidate:-
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably as a 360 Recruitment Consultant. (All sectors considered)
- Strong ability to communicate and build relationships with clients and candidates of all levels effectively and efficiently.
- Have the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines on a daily basis and be able to prioritise effectively.
- Show and demonstrate success in meeting and exceeding targets with previous roles and have the ability to explain how you meet targets and KPI's.
- Experience working with internal CRM Systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Use various sourcing methods to identify and attract top-tier candidates for open positions.
- Screen candidates through interviews and assessments to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability. Be confident in contract negotiations on candidates behalf and have a clear understanding of candidates market worth.
- Develop new business relationships and maintain relationships with clients to understand requirements & issues and to negotiate "best proce" for the work undertaken
- Provide exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process and continuously strive for excellence.
- Ensure that all candidates are registered and "job ready" & compliant.
Key Points:
- You will be in the early stages working hybrid with home & office location working until branch location is secured.
- Salary - £26,000 -£30,000 p/a
- Monday - Friday with flexible start times
