We are recruiting for numerous Recruitment Consultants / Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Birmingham office across various sectors.
Because of the fast-paced nature of the sector we are looking for driven, enthusiastic, money motivated individuals who will be joining a busy and highly successful division.

Your role will involve:
- Developing your client portfolio to understand your clients' specific requirements
- Managing the recruitment process for clients and candidates from start to finish
- Talent generation through job boards and social media channels
- Following up business development leads
- Holding face to face and virtual client and contractor meetings
