We are seeking a Document Controller with 4-6 years of experience within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office and have experience with PDF file management, including uploading and attaching files. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage and maintain project documentation efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role:- Monitor and check for updated architectural drawings and comments daily.
- Issue documents as required, ensuring adherence to naming protocols before issuing on platforms such as Asite, Procore, Conject, Project Plus, 4 Projects, Business Collaborator, etc.
- Maintain an organised tracking system for drawings and samples being distributed.
- Produce Operation & Maintenance Manuals using provided templates.
- Assist with printing and general support within the department.
- 4-6 years of experience within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of document control systems and platforms such as Asite, Procore, Conject, Project Plus, 4 Projects, Business Collaborator, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office and adept at managing PDF files.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
