New Recruits are an independently owned recruitment agency who provide temporary and permanent recruitment solutions.
We are currently going through a period of expansion and are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to assist with this expansion of our Banbury branch.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the recruitment sector or at least a history of sales.
Key responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates and understanding their needs whilst matching to a suitable role.
- The management of new and existing clients and their day-to-day manning requirements.
- Maintaining and building excellent relationships with new and existing clients.
- Working as part of a team supporting the growth of the team.
- Using an inhouse system.
- Other duties.

Shift times
Monday to Friday
08:00am - 17:00pm
